These terms govern your use of Picture the Room (the "Service"), available at theroom-pink.vercel.app. By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

Picture the Room turns a number into a visualization of a crowd of real people, and — if you connect a channel — shows your own audience the same way. The Service is offered on an as-is basis and may change or be discontinued at any time.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure.

Connecting third-party accounts

When you connect YouTube, you authorize us to access your public channel statistics on a read-only basis through Google's APIs. Your use of connected services remains subject to those services' own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service. You can disconnect or revoke access at any time.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service, interfere with it, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
• Do not use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to connect accounts or data you are not authorized to access.

Content you create

Images and videos you generate and export are yours to use. Exports may include a small watermark unless removed under a paid plan. You are responsible for how you share and use what you create.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, belongs to us and is protected by applicable laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Accuracy and disclaimers

Numbers shown from connected accounts come from third-party APIs and may be rounded, delayed, or estimated — for example, YouTube rounds subscriber counts. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Europe, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
